Stop Your Pain! Groups: Learn Powerful Tools That Work

(formerly “A Change of Mind: Neuroplastic Tools for Healing”)

Participants say:

“Being in a group of people who understand pain is a huge thing.”

“This group was very helpful to me as I struggled with illness.” More…

In this eight-session experiential group, led by Dr. Danielle Rosenman, you will be supported in a space where everyone understands what it’s like to live with painful symptoms, and wants to feel better. You will learn ways to change the brain to significantly reduce symptoms of chronic pain, medical conditions, anxiety, and depression.

Our program teaches:

  • cutting-edge principles of brain science (neuroplasticity)

  • long-practiced, well-researched, effective techniques such as meditation, imagery, journaling, expressive arts, and more

  • a unique method for applying those techniques that really works to change the brain using neuroplasticity

The in-person groups are conducted in Berkeley, CA. The online class covers the same information, with activities more suitable for participating over the Internet from your own location.

This group is ideal for you if you have chronic pain, illness, a medical condition, anxiety, or depression and want to:

  • feel better

  • work towards eliminating pain and discomfort
